Backorders

While we try to keep all of our items in stock all the time, we will inevitably find ourselves out of a few items. While we try to inform you of an item’s stock status at the time of the order, there are instances when we are unable to fill your order. We will generally NOT backorder items totaling less than $20 unless you specifically ask that we keep it on backorder. We will try to inform you that a backordered item is about to ship if it has been more than 30 days since the order date.

Please note that the invoice shows the approximate arrival date for a backordered item. Please call us to cancel the backorder if you change your mind.
