Returns / Exchange Instructions

Your full satisfaction is guaranteed. Diamond/Gemstone items may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. All other items may be returned within 30 days. Failure to return within the allowed period may result in a restocking service charge.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT. Do not throw away any of the packing boxes or materials. Contact our customer service department for instructions.

We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 business days after the receipt of your return package for proper processing. Refund checks (or refunds to credit card) may take up to an additional 10 days from the date we issue credit.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice from which the item is being returned. Indicate whether you want exchange, credit or refund. We would appreciate a stated reason for the return. Failure to enclose a copy of the invoice will result in a delay of processing returned Merchandise and may result in a service charge.

Pack the merchandise in a sturdy box (no envelopes please) and insure for your protection. We cannot be responsible for damages incurred during return shipment. Our return address is listed below.
